Terms of service
Last updated: 6 November 2026.
Acceptance of these terms
By visiting this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. These terms cover this website and the educational content published under the name Prompt & Ship AI Lab. They do not replace the terms of the platforms where the videos are hosted, which apply to you separately.
There is no account to create, nothing to buy and nothing to subscribe to on this site, so there is no contract between us beyond these terms.
Who operates this site
This site is operated by Damien Yvert, an individual based in Portugal, reachable at damienyvert.dev@gmail.com. Prompt & Ship AI Lab is a personal project, not a company, not an agency and not a training institution.
Unofficial status and trademarks
Prompt & Ship AI Lab is an independent, unofficial channel. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.
Nothing on this site or on the channel should be read as an official statement from Anthropic or from any other company. The channel explains how to use a product it does not make. No endorsement, partnership, sponsorship or review by Anthropic is claimed or implied.
All product names, logos and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only, which is nominative use. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. If a rights holder considers a use incorrect, write to the address above and it will be changed or removed.
Educational content, provided as is
The content is educational and informational only. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
AI tools change constantly. Features are renamed, limits move, prices change, behaviour changes between model versions, and something that was accurate on the day a video was published can be wrong a month later. Each video is a snapshot of what was true when it was made.
Always check the official documentation before relying on anything you see here:
Where this site and the official documentation disagree, the official documentation is right.
You are responsible for what you do with the techniques shown, including what you put into an AI tool. Do not paste confidential, personal or regulated data into any tool without checking that you are allowed to, and always review AI output before using it for anything that matters.
No professional advice
Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, medical, accounting or other professional advice, and no client or advisory relationship is created by watching a video or reading a page. For a decision in any of those areas, consult a qualified professional who knows your situation.
Intellectual property
The videos, scripts, text, layout, visual identity and code of this site are the property of Damien Yvert and are protected by copyright, except for third party material used under licence or under applicable exceptions such as quotation.
You may:
- share links to this site and to the videos, freely and without asking;
- use the platforms' own embed and share features as those platforms intend;
- quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link, as allowed by law.
You may not:
- reupload the videos, in whole or in part, to any platform or account;
- re-edit, dub, translate, strip the labels from or otherwise create derivative versions of the videos for publication;
- sell, licence, or include the content in a paid course, a membership or a dataset;
- use the content to train machine learning models, or scrape this site for that purpose;
- use the name Prompt & Ship AI Lab or the P&S mark in a way that suggests you made it or that you are endorsed by it.
If you want to use something beyond this, ask by email. Permission is usually simple to get for teaching use.
Third party platforms
The videos are hosted on YouTube and Instagram. When you follow a link from this site you leave it, and the terms and privacy policies of those platforms apply to you instead of these terms. In particular, use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, and use of Instagram is subject to the Instagram Terms of Use.
External links are provided for convenience. The owner does not control those sites, does not endorse them by linking to them, and is not responsible for their content or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Damien Yvert is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity or reputation, arising from the use of this site or of the content, including decisions taken on the basis of a video, errors or omissions in the content, outdated information, or interruptions of the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for intent and gross negligence. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
Changes to the site and to these terms
The content, the structure and these terms may change at any time, and pages or videos may be corrected, replaced or removed. The date at the top of this page shows the version in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the Portuguese courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
